With SpaceX choosing Louisiana for its newest chapter, our state is taking its place at the center of the economic and technological race that will define the 21st century. This is more than a win for Louisiana. It is a win for America.

Together, these projects are creating thousands of jobs, strengthening American energy security, and cementing Louisianas role as a global energy leader.

Louisiana is not betting its future on a single industry. We are building an economy that leads in energy, manufacturing, technology, and now aerospace.

INNOVATION IS KEY TO AMERICA STAYING A SUPERPOWER. BUT IT IS MISSING AN ESSENTIAL PIECE

SpaceX is the latest chapter in that story.

Some will see rockets. I see what they make possible.

ONE OF THE WORLD’S HOTTEST INDUSTRIES IS SPARKING A BLUE-COLLAR JOBS BOOM

I see high-paying jobs for Louisiana workers. I see engineers, welders, electricians, fabricators, software developers, and skilled tradespeople building the future right here. I see students who once believed they had to leave Louisiana to pursue careers in technology and innovation realizing they can build those careers at home. I see comm
